Every residential floor we coat comes with a written warranty you receive and sign before work begins. Residential projects are covered by our lifetime residential term* — and the full terms live in your signed agreement rather than in a headline.

What's covered

Adhesion of the coating to concrete that we prepared and installed.
Delamination or separation between coating layers under normal residential use.
Peeling, flaking, or lifting that begins within the coating system itself.
Blistering that is not traced back to moisture or movement in the slab.
Hot-tire pickup on garage floors under ordinary parking use.
Color stability of the topcoat against noticeable yellowing from UV and sunlight.

What isn't

Impact, gouges, scratches, or cuts from dropped tools and dragging heavy or sharp objects.
Moisture or vapor pushing up from an unsealed or high-moisture slab, which is a slab condition rather than a coating defect.
Cracks and movement in the concrete itself — settling, freeze-thaw heave, or pre-existing structural cracks that telegraph through the coating.
Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents, paint strippers, battery acid, or cleaning methods outside the care instructions we provide.
Areas we did not prepare or install, and repairs or coatings applied by others.

Exterior floors such as patios and porches can carry different terms than interior garage or basement floors because of UV and freeze-thaw exposure; your quote notes which terms apply to your project.
Following the basic care and cleaning instructions we hand off at the end of the job is part of keeping the warranty in force.
